Meet Our Team

  • Deborah Ingram

Deborah has loved horses ever since she was eight years old… the age at which she promised her mom to keep her room clean in return for being allowed to take lessons. She kept that promise and started at the basics, going over simple cross rails and easy flat work. She went on to compete in hunter jumper and western pleasure at the collegiate level in IHSA. After college, she became a full-time trainer starting colts & polishing older horses’ skill sets. Deborah has been teaching lessons for seven years in hunter/jumper, English pleasure, western pleasure, horsemanship & colt breaking. Becoming a coach has been a lifelong dream of Deborah’s, and she strives to create the best learning environment for her horses and clientele.

  • Emily Hendrick

Emily has been working with horses since she was little. She was raised in Western riding culture, with an emphasis in trail and western horsemanship. She rode at the collegiate level in IHSA in both Western and English disciplines. She has experience breaking young horses and providing skill resets to mature horses. Her own horse, Derby, she has had since he was a yearling, and she has trained him to be a well-rounded horse who excels in many areas. She has also trained riding students since college, working with riders of all ages and skill levels to become better horse people. She is passionate about teaching both horses and students in the equestrian sports world!

  • Nathan Thompson

Nathan has been passionate about horsemanship since he was 11 years old. Though his life journey has taken him down various paths, he was most excited to attend the Oklahoma State Horseshoeing School in Purcell, OK, in the fall of 2023. After graduating in the spring of 2024, Nathan began an apprenticeship under the guidance of nationally recognized farrier John Muldoon. This apprenticeship has deepened his expertise in corrective shoeing, preparing equine athletes with the appropriate hoof gear, and refining the art of barefoot trimming. Recently, Nathan has also taken on a training role, leveraging his exceptional ability to connect with horses of all breeds, temperaments, and types. In every aspect of his equine career, Nathan is dedicated to understanding what makes horses comfortable in any situation, allowing him to deliver top-quality services.
